Shipping will take around 1-2 weeks, and the shipping method for local delivery in Hong Kong will be SF Express "cash on delivery", which means that after the product is sent by the logistics operator, the customer will pay the shipping directly to the delivery staff when the package is received.

For other countries, the shipping cost will be added by weight of the product as an extra charge before we ship the product. We will contact your seperately with a payment link before shipment.

Exchange policy:

1. Customers can request to exchange the goods within 7 days of after delivery, but the exchange must comply with the following principles:

Item must be unused and damaged.

It did not damage the original packaging of the goods

Items accepted for return must be complete with related accessories. (if any)

The goods will not be treated as quality problems and will not be returned due to human damage, natural loss, appearance changes under normal use, packaging and illegible defects of the goods.

2. Discounted, opened, used or damaged items cannot be replaced.

3. Items can only be exchanged once.
