What we can provide
Yoga, dance and movement – each class, children are guided through yoga exercises to energise and relax, dance movements to free the mind and body and embodied movement exercises to cultivate mindfulness, body awareness, strength, agility, flexibility and coordination.
A gentle introduction to mindfulness with art. We will use our fingers to create arts while observing our senses in the process.
A fun and mindful way to bake some healthy cookies and desserts while observing each steps of the delicious creation.

In all sessions, we will play short warm-up games and will take time to share how we are feeling and what may be on their mind, helping children to understand and develop empathy for others.
