Mindfulness Workshop for Parents & Kids
Help parents to bring mindfulness to everyday family life.

The workshop is composed of two sessions each day. On August 13th, Saturday: 9:30-10:00 am - Introductory Talk on Mindfulness 10:00-11:30am - Parent & Child Workshop (Mindful Art) In the mindful art session, we will draw some mandala art while observing our emotions in the process. Please prepare pen, paper and colour pencils. On August 14th, Sunday: 9:30-10:00 am - Introductory Talk on Mindfulness 10:00-11:30am - Parent & Child Workshop (Mindfulness Jar) In the mindfulness jar session, we will make containers filled with water and glitter that improve our mindfulness and help us calm down when we feel getting worked up. Please prepare clear plastic bottle (recycle ones) , clear glue liquid and glitter (non-dissolvable in water) and other small decorations (non-dissolvable in water).
